Today marks the middle of my company’s “Semi Triannual Sales Conference”. I call it that because it happens about every 18 months. We invite all our sales reps from all over the world to check out our wares. I try to stay out of the way.

I went for a walk at lunch again today and found several plants I did not know, including Yellow Rocketcress (Barbarea vulgaris), and Garlic Mustard (Alliaria petiolata). I also found several new ones in bloom, including pineapple weed, and an eastern redbud. The city of Concord planted the redbud last year, and it’s the only one I know of in the state (though there are probably others). So this will be my first opportunity to log its bloom cycle.
