These are the things I’m praying about. If you’re the praying type, maybe you could pray about these things too? If you would like for me to pray about something that concerns you, please leave a comment below.
OK! Here’s the list!
- Carl Coffee (a friend of my parents) has been hospitalized with a MRSA infection).
- My brother Steve has many of the symptoms of Parkinson’s.
- Emily, a 17 year-old Pathfinder in the Midwest is having surgery to correct a torn retina. Her other eye is not much better.
- Pastor Cliff broke his femur and had hip replacement surgery as a result.
- Sylvia, who is facing the loss of her grandparents and is having a rough time at home.
- My brother Mike was laid off. I pray that he will be able to find work soon.
- He got one!
- My brother Steve who (after having back surgery) also had his gallbladder removed. Hopefully, this is the end of his surgical adventures. >
- Steve has two autistic children, one who has now reached adulthood, and another who will soon. He bid on a contract – that if he wins will enable him to build a wood shop where his kids can earn a livelihood.
- For Steve’s daughter who is having problems requiring her to see an endocrinologist
- For the kids in my Pathfinder Club.
- For Mark, and for his parents and sister.
- For the kids in my church not in my Pathfinder Club.
- For Bob Locke, Sally Locke’s husband. Sally lost her battle with brain cancer on August 18, 2008
- For the people serving on my church’s Ministry Development Committee
- For Scott and Tiffany who got married August 17. They are both in college. Tiffany is studying pre-med, and Scott hopes to become a chaplain in the U.S. Army.
